Due to the nature of their applications and our philosophy of randomization, the following unit is highly customizable and tailored to the individual end user.
DOOR
| Outer plate: | Minimum 1/2" (12.7mm) of A-36 steel, 3.5" (88.9mm) overall thickness. On fire rated units, door is insulated with 1" (25.4mm) UL approved insulating material. Fire rated units also incorporate high temperature heat seals in strategic areas. |
| Anti-drill barriers: | Hardened steel ball bearing plates |
| Lock: | U.L. listed group 2 mechanical lock |
| Re-locking systems: | Randomly positioned, independent live or dead re-lockers, both thermally and mechanically activated. |
BODY
Outer plates consisting of minimum 1/4" (6.3mm) A-36 steel. On fire rated units, additional barrier of 1.5" (38.1mm) proprietary high density, cement based composite material enclosed between outer plate and 16ga (1.5mm) interior steel body.
